They give clients personalized advice, build rapport and provide quick responses to their inquiries. Field Sales Manager analyze the company’s communication strategy, negotiations and contracts to identify trends that can improve organizational procedures.
Roles and responsibilities
- Field Sales Manager on the ground while they create leads and close new business.
- Meet with clients to talk about their changing demands and evaluate how well our business is getting along with them.
- Create and put into action fresh sales campaigns, plans, and activities to target specific populations.
- Report field sales success every day and share VOC data with supervisors.
Candidate Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field
- Experience: Two to three years or more of marketing and sales experience
- Age 21 to 38 years
