We have urgent requirement of Business Development Manager Under Agency Vertical for below mentioned locations of Maharashtra.
Roles and responsibility: 

• Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
• Provide Guidance to agent for achieving targets.
• Generate leads from open market.
• Build and maintain relationship with customer
• Develop team member for more business
• Joint field work along with Agency partners and advisors to source insurance policy

Candidate profile: 

• Graduation in any stream
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales & marketing
• Local candidate required
• Good communication skill
• Presentation skill
• Age: 21 to 38
• One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
• Employment: Full time
