Tracking sales goals and giving updates as necessary.
To create a strong advisor base, find and hire the best advisers.
The Sales Manager team is in charge of assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their
Personal and professional networks. Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it.
Concentrate on managing the sales team, expanding geographically, and controlling the spread.
Working on the ground to attract the most customers
Employ, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales agents.

Lead your team of people. Motivate and unite the members of your team. With the aid of your team,
Accomplish your objective.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 4+ year experiences in sales and marketing
Must be graduation
Local candidate
Age : 21 to 38 years
CTC : 2.75 To 3.45 LPA
