Field Sales Manager

Job Description

At this time, we are seeking applicants with experience in field sales.

Responsibilities and roles :

– Make contact with advisors who don’t meet the contract maintenance requirements to either reactivate them or set up their training.

– Manage the advisor onboarding process’s option.

– Accept accountability for the advisor’s earnings.

– As required, lend a hand with prospecting or spotting activities in the field.

– Assist with prospecting or spotting activity in the field as needed.

– Act as a product expert in your industry

– Participate in a group fieldwork project.

Desired Candidate Profile :

– Good sales and negotiation skills

– Ability to offer fantastic customer service

– Ability to work in a team environment

– Bachelor’s degree in any stream

– Minimum 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field

– Up to 3.45 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
