Position: Sales Development Manager
Department: Banca Channel
Experience: 1 Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry
CTC: 3.25 LPA Variable Pay Other Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker)
Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
Providing pre and postsales support (e.g. claim settlement)
Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms
Candidate Preference:
Good Communication Skills
Ability to convince and influence others
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
Willing to Travel in the designated region / city
Local Language preferred
