Job Description
As a Field Sales Manager in the insurance sector, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents to drive revenue growth and achieve targets within a designated geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of sales agents.
Building relationships with Health agents.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Set sales targets, objectives, and KPIs for the team and track performance against established metrics.
Training and motivating the agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.
