Job Description

A Field Development Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing the development of various aspects within a specific field or industry.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Regular visit on field for sale of policies with agents, dealers or individual.
⦁ Handling the health retail Product
⦁ Meeting prospective customers
⦁ Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
⦁ Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
⦁ Your leadership will be instrumental in not only achieving ambitious sales targets but also in laying the groundwork for sustainable financial empowerment in rural communities.
