Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Bijapur. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves leading a sales team, developing business strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives to drive sales growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Conduct sales meetings, team training sessions, and performance reviews.
Set sales targets and ensure timely achievement of revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales performance, team productivity, and lead conversions.
Travel within Bijapur and nearby areas to maximize business opportunities.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong team management, leadership, and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to train and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bijapur.
Experience in life insurance, general insurance, financial services, or direct selling.
Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze data and implement effective sales strategies.
