Description: Agency Channel Field Sales Manager in the Indian Insurance Sector
The position involves managing and supervising a group of outside sales representatives (OSRs) that collaborate with insurance agents.
Duties:
Assemble, educate, and cultivate a group of OSRs.
• Assign the team goals and targets for sales.
• Keep an eye on and assess team performance.
• Offer OSRs encouragement, support, and coaching.
• Hold frequent one-on-one and team meetings.
• Determine and address team problems.
• Establish and preserve solid bonds with clients and insurance representatives.
• Represent the business in conferences and events for the industry.
• Examine sales data to find patterns and business prospects.
• Create and carry out plans and strategies for sales.
Conditions:
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
• Demonstrated sales management expertise, ideally in the insurance sector.
