We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team and play a vital role in driving new business growth.

Featured Responsibility

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers for our insurance products.
Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
Ensure compliance with business sales policies and procedures.
Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure your agency network remains competitive.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.

Candidate Specifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Age: 22 to 38

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Field sales or a similar role

You need to have a driver’s license and a bike
