We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team and play a vital role in driving new business growth
Featured Responsibility
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers for our insurance products
- Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line
- Ensure compliance with business sales policies and procedures
- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure your agency network remains competitive
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.

Candidate Specifications
Education Bachelor’s degree
Age 22 to 38
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Field sales or a similar role
You need to have a driver’s license and a bike
