Front Line Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front Line sales manager to join our team in the Insurance industry.
Required Performers
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and motivation
- Train all partners for them to be able to use the company products
- Meeting and explaining benefits of product to the customer
- Generating leads via, networking, referrals.
- Analyzing customer needs
- The major responsibility is to sell life insurance products by contacting prospective clients and forming agents.
Skill requirement
- Experience in field sales or related fields
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- The ability to encourage and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills
Required Candidate profile
Education: Graduation
Experience at least 2 year
Age 22 to 38
You need to have a driver’s license and a bike Must be Local (Live in the same city for the last 2 to 3 Years)
