Job Summary:
The Frontline Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and growth within a designated agency territory. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Establish clear performance expectations
• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to foster agent growth and development.
• Empower agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in sales management within the life insurance industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
CTC up to 3.5 LPA
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales performance management tools.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
