A Front Line Sales Manager works with their sales team by hiring new people and training them in their field. They also connect with clients and customers
Roles :
1. Employ, train, motivate and advise a team of sales agents
2. Managing recruiting, goals setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales agents
3. Create and promote robust and long-stable customer connections by partnering with them and understanding their needs
4.Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
5.Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service
6.Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.

Any Graduation

CTC: Up to 3.45 LPA + incentive
Age: 21 To 38
