Job Summary:
As an Area Business Manager in the Agency Business Partner (ABP) Channel, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and driving sales through ABPs and their advisor networks. Your role involves business expansion, relationship management, and revenue growth in the BFSI sector. A minimum of 2 years of BFSI sales experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit & Manage Agency Business Partners (ABPs) – Build a strong ABP network by hiring, training, and motivating partners.
Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive business through ABPs, ensuring target achievement and profitability.
Training & Development – Conduct sales training and mentorship programs for ABPs and their advisors.
Market Expansion & Relationship Management – Develop strategies to increase advisor engagement and market penetration.
Performance Monitoring & Compliance – Track sales, ensure policy adherence, and maintain business ethics.
