Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Line Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage a dynamic sales team, and expand business opportunities in the Hassan region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team leadership, customer acquisition, and sales target achievement. This role requires a hands-on approach to sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned area.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to enhance productivity.
Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and sales presentations.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or relevant industries.
Experience in leading and managing a sales team preferred.
Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, track performance, and drive results.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking systems.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
