Job Summary:

We are seeking a Front Line Sales Manager (FLSM) to join our team in Puttur. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring business expansion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/insurance agents.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Motivate and support the team to drive new business and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, sales training, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sales agents.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
  • Work closely with senior management to align business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 years of field sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong team management, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive team performance and meet business objectives.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Puttur for recruitment and client meetings.
