Job Summary: A Business Development Manager (BDM) Have To focus on driving growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with Clients and promoting insurance products.

Job Type: Full-Time Required

Role & Responsibilities:
Provide training and guidance to agents & Freelancers
Ensure that all activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
Promote the organization’s products and services To Consumer.
Monitor sales and marketing performance and report results to senior management regularly.
Assist clients in choosing the right products based on their needs.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Any Field.
Experience in sales, or marketing (Min 1 To 2 Year)
