Job Summary:
A motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with two years of field sales experience is needed to join our growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Utilize referrals, networking, and field sales to locate and generate new business prospects.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with both present and potential clients.
- to conduct product demos, sales presentations, and discussions in order to close business.
- Evaluate possible clients and run the sales funnel efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing divisions to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Keep up with market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Track and share sales performance metrics while providing direction for continued improvement.
- As soon as possible, address queries and issues to ensure consumer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to raise awareness of your company.
Candidate Profile:
- experience in field sales for at least two years, either from business to business or from business to consumer.
- proven capacity to reach or surpass sales goals.
- outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- the capacity to work both alone and cooperatively in a hectic setting.
- knowledge with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM programs.
- Self-motivated and results-driven
