Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Representative to generate leads, expand customer base, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Engage with potential customers, present solutions, and close sales deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute growth strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate reports for management.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (BFSI, FMCG, Insurance, or related industries preferred).
Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking software.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
