Job Summary:
We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build and manage a strong sales channel, drive revenue growth, and establish long-term relationships with channel partners. This role requires strategic planning, partner acquisition, and sales execution to expand the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to develop and manage sales networks effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a network of channel partners, distributors, and agents.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand business reach.
Drive channel sales growth through effective training, support, and engagement.
Set and monitor sales targets for channel partners and ensure achievement.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and competitor strategies.
Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners to enhance their performance.
Collaborate with internal teams for sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.
Track sales performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and industry regulations.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or field sales in BFSI, FMCG, Insurance, or related industries.
Strong ability to build, nurture, and manage partner relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and CRM tools.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for expanding sales networks.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales challenges.
