Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Recruit Business Associate and advisors.
• Coordinate for the regulatory training.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly advisors’ meetings
• Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
• Join field work along with advisors to source insurance policy.
• Strategic planning to target the right set of agents.
• Training and development of agents.

• Candidate Requirement:
• Age: 22 to 37 Years.
• Graduation in Any Stream.
• Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing
• Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
• One who ready for challenges.
• Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
