We need an ideal Business Development Manager  who has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

Role and Responsibility :

– The Role Will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to customers of Our partner bank

– Achievement of the Target

– Client Servicing

– Team Recruitment & Development

– Training and managing a team

– Regular agent recruitment

– Gather customer data on risk profiles so that you can provide them with the appropriate remedy.

– Write out reports for your stockholders on how well your business ventures went.

– Keep pertinent records while maintaining constant knowledge of transactions, sales, and terms.

Requirement of a candidate :

– Must be graduated.

– Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales
