Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive sales, acquire new customers, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in the field. This role involves meeting clients face-to-face, demonstrating products/services, and closing deals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers through direct sales and field visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and customer database.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
Handle negotiations and close deals efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
Provide regular reports and insights on sales activities and performance.
Address customer queries and concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (BFSI, FMCG, Insurance, or similar industries preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and manage sales processes efficiently.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Experience in lead generation, networking, and client acquisition.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking software.
