Job Description
Our sales team is looking for a hardworking and customer-oriented individual to join us as a senior sales manager on an immediate basis.
Responsibilities and roles:
- The team of sales managers will be responsible for recruiting the team (life insurance advisors) from their own social and professional networks.
- Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
- Focus on sales team management, geographic coverage, & managing the spread.
- Generate leads in the open market
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

Location : Bankura, West Bengal
CTC : 2.75 To 3.15 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits
Experience : Minimum 2+ years in Sales and Marketing
