Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and smart Inside Sales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales team.

Responsibilities :-

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and on board new inside sales team members.
• Analyze client feedback to improve services and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the branch.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

Candidate Profile :

Age :- Min 21 Years to max 38 years

Qualification :-  Graduate/MBA

Experience :-  1 to 4 years in Insurance & BFSI

Skills:-

• Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex business solutions.
• Result orientation.
