Channel: Agency Sales 
Compensation: ₹3.30 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + incentives and other benefits
Job Description: 
As a Junior Agency Manager, you will assist in expanding the agency network, acquire new clients, and drive sales of insurance products. Your role involves understanding customer needs and providing them with suitable solutions while achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities: 
Identify potential clients and build a strong customer base through referrals and direct sales.
Promote and explain insurance products to meet customer requirements.
Support clients in selecting appropriate policies and completing the onboarding process.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements: 
1–2 years of experience in insurance sales or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
Highly motivated and target-oriented.
