Roles and responsibilities:

• Hiring and management of Leaders- Identify, recruit and manage Business Partner from the respective location.
• Train and motivate Partners to provide a better understanding of how to recruit agent. Monitor and review Partners performance.
• Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
• Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators

Desired Candidate:

• Experience: Mini. 3 experiences required in any sales and marketing and Insurance
• CTC: 3.50 to 5.00 LPA (Depend upon interview) + Incentive + Other Benefits
• Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
