A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Building positive relationships with customers
• Assisting with generating new business
• Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
• Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors

Candidate Requirement:

•  Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Age 21 to 38 years.
