Job Description

Relationship managers work closely with clients to meet their needs, anticipate future requirements, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and build strong relationships with them
•  Understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives
•  Communicate product and service offerings, and address customer inquiries
•  Recommend products or services to meet customer needs
•  Troubleshoot problems experienced by customers
•  Identify business opportunities and new clients
•  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Candidate required

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience 1 to 2 year in sales and marketing.
• Age 21 to 38 year
