Job Title: Key Sales Manager – Banking Sector (Karnataka)
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute key sales strategies to drive business growth within the banking sector in Karnataka.
Identify and engage with key clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team focused on key accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
Graduation from a recognized university.
Proven success in key account sales, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Karnataka’s banking and financial sector.
Compensation:
Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.50 LPA
