Pay: ₹2.30 LPA to ₹3.20 LPA plus bonuses and other perks

Description of the Job:

By locating possible customers and marketing insurance options, you will help the company expand in your role as Associate Development Manager. You will guarantee a smooth sales process and deliver first-rate customer service.

Principal Duties:

Use a variety of sales channels to acquire and oversee a customer portfolio.

Inform potential customers about insurance options and make recommendations based on their requirements.

To offer specialized solutions, do individualized requirements assessments.

Keep thorough sales records and produce activity reports on a regular basis.

Reach and surpass personal sales goals within the allotted time frames.

Conditions:

one to two years of financial services or insurance industry experience.
