Manager of Senior Agency Development  

To lead and grow our agency channel, we are seeking a Senior Agency Development Manager with expertise and a strong track record of accomplishment. A strategic leader with a track record of creating and fostering high-achieving agency teams is required for this role. The perfect applicant will boost profitability, expand the agency, and improve performance all around.

Responsibilities: 
* Evaluate agency performance indicators and pinpoint areas in need of improvement.
* Create and carry out training and coaching programs to improve the productivity and sales abilities of agents.
* Develop and oversee incentive programs to encourage and honor high performers.
* Ensure that corporate policies and legal requirements are followed.
* Lead and guide the agency channel, encouraging a culture of achievement and positivity.

Requirements: 
* Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Any Graduation
Minimum 1 to 2 Years experiences in sales and fields sales
