Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Market Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize business growth.
- Conduct field sales activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the BFSI sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, products, and services to effectively represent the company.

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Any field is preferred.
2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
