Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Sales Manager to join our team in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

·         Generate and qualify leads through research and networking

·         Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to secure new clients

·         Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers

·         Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends

·         Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies

·         Present and demonstrate insurance products to potential customers

·         Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

Candidate Info 

  • A minimum of 2-4 years experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
  • A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
  • A bike and a valid license are required.
