Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in life insurance, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and referrals.
Generate and qualify leads to sell life insurance policies to individual and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial needs assessments.
Educate potential customers on life insurance products, benefits, and policies.
Customize insurance plans based on customer requirements and close sales effectively.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for policy renewals and referrals.
Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients and provide after-sales service.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, with experience in life insurance sales preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel within Bangalore to meet clients.
Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial planning.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
