Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Bellary. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales, and a strong ability to build client relationships, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct field sales.
  • Generate and qualify leads to sell products/services to individual and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and provide after-sales service for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize lead conversion and sales strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in direct sales, B2B, or B2C.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bellary and nearby areas to meet clients.
