Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Hospet. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, acquiring new customers, and driving business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and in-person meetings to generate business.
Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Travel extensively within Hospet and surrounding areas to engage with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and after-sales service.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Hospet and nearby areas.
