Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Kolar. The ideal candidate has at least 1 years of field sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct sales.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and performance records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and handle field sales responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Kolar and nearby areas for client meetings.
