Job Summary:
We are looking for a goal-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our market presence by actively engaging with potential customers. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in field sales, builds strong client relationships, and consistently achieves revenue targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Actively scout and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop customized sales pitches and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Conduct on-site visits, door-to-door sales, and client meetings to build brand presence.
Educate clients on product benefits, features, and competitive advantages.
Handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Maintain a daily sales tracker to monitor lead progress and conversion rates.
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and industry networking activities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align local sales strategies with brand goals.
Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support for customer retention.
Gather and report market intelligence to improve sales strategies.
Candidate Profile:
2+ years of field sales experience (B2B/B2C preferred).
Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Proficiency in CRM tools and mobile sales applications.
