Roles and responsibilities:

• Activation of agents
• Ensuring the training of agents as per business requirements
• Ensuring business hygiene standards, in the face of business pressure
• Ensuring the planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company
• Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long-term connection between the agents and the company.
• Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring the flow of information to the organization

Candidate Requirement:

• Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
• Age: 21 to 38 Years.
• Local candidates hire first.
• Have good negotiation skills.
• Leadership qualities
• Team Leading.
