Job Title: Key Relationship Manager – Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

Develop and cultivate key client relationships within the banking sector in Karnataka.
Understand and address the unique financial needs of key clients, offering customized solutions.
Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team focused on key relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
Graduation from a recognized university.
Proven success in managing key client relationships, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Karnataka’s banking and financial sector.
Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.50 LPA
