In the insurance sector, a key player in promoting sales through a variety of distribution channels is the Sales and Marketing Manager . To hit sales goals and optimize profits, this role requires strategic planning, relationship management, and teamwork with partners.
Responsibilities:
- Find, train, and oversee channel partners (agents, brokers).
- Create and put into action an efficient channel sales strategy.
- Establish and track sales goals to make sure they are met.
- Work together with internal teams and train partners.
- Keep up with industry developments and seek fresh prospects.
- Verify adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
