Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and qualified candidate to join our Sales team as a Sales Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities and roles :

• The Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
• building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
• Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
• Generate leads in the open market.
• Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
• On-field work to reach the maximum customer
• Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

CTC : 2.50 To 3.45 LPA + Incentive + Other benefit

Experience : Minimum 2+ years in Sales and Marketing

Any Bachelor Degree

Age between 21 to 38
