We are looking for an organized and results-driven Sales Coordinator Manager to oversee and support the sales team by streamlining processes, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Train and mentor sales coordinators to enhance their efficiency and performance.
Candidate requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
