We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager/Field Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative

Responsibilities:

– Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

– Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives

– Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.

– Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

– Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

– On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Requirements :

– Age 21-38 years

– Any Graduate

– 2 To 7 years of field sales experience

– Good stability.
