Sales Development Manager
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Manager who can oversee an effective distribution system and establish challenging goals for sales.
Required Performers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new agents.
Build and manage a strong network of individual agents.
Contribute to the development and training of new agents.
Staying updated on products and industry trends.
Effectively communicate and present the benefits of products to potential clients.
Assist agents in the sales process, including pre-sales calls and post-sales support (as required).
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Skill requirement
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Field sales or a similar role
Age 22 to 38
Education. Graduation
You need to have a driver’s license and a bike
