Job Description

We are hiring Sales Development Manager for India’s leading insurance industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee a group of agents to meet sales goals and expand the agency’s clientele.
• Create and put into action efficient plans to boost sales via connected Fields.
• To increase product options, cultivate trusting connections with customers, especially health insurance providers.
• Determine fresh chances for expansion inside current accounts and create strategies to take advantage of them.
• Keep an eye on performance indicators, monitor targets’ progress, and modify plans of action as necessary.

Candidate Profile::

• Education: Any Graduate with Good Communication
• Experience: Must 2 YRs of Any Open market Sale / Banking / Finance / Insurance / Pharma / telecom / Broadband
• Age: 22 to 38 YRS (Fresher’s can’t apply)
