RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Hiring a new agent for increase the sales
  • Lead your sales development team to achieving organization goal
  • You will responsible for their coaching performance management working closely with your sales team to enhance your sales activity
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Be an expert on the company product, market , and competitor
  • Your duties will including overseeing sales staff operations initiating and coordinating to reach target

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

  • Age should between 21 to 38 year
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or marketing
  • Bachelor must be completed in any stream or 10th+12th +3 year diploma
  • Totally field work
  • Fix salary + incentive
  • Delivering on outbound and inbound growth initiative goals
