Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Development Manager (SDM) to join our team in Dharwad. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of field sales experience and is passionate about driving business growth, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales efforts.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and performance records.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize lead conversion and business development strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Dharwad and nearby areas to meet clients.
